Great printing and fast delivery. Even though the products are printed as ordered, the process for completion is very fast and delivery has been exceptional. I ordered a shirt for my Grand-daughter that was personalized with the picture of her year old baby. The shirt printing was excellent and very impressive. Disappointed Christmas Gift I was disappointed in the item I received. I ordered a large, the item fit like a medium. The quality was poor, hem stitching was off so the sweatshirt did not lay correctly. In addition, I ordered the item on November 23rd to receive it in time for Christmas and it came the day after Christmas. This was after multiple emails I sent regarding the status of the item. I understand a return policy but an item that does not fit, is poor quality, and cannot be worn should be eligible for a return.
