USAvoid at all costs. Chargeback or contact a small claims lawyer! I ordered a package in December and had ZERO contact from the business. Just took my money and not a peep. After weeks they respond and say the package will arrive in 2-4 days. That was 6 days ago. I have had enough! I’ve contacted the BBB and my next course of action won’t be pretty!

USI placed an order and paid for my… I placed an order and paid for my honest tea in mid December. Not only has the tea not arrived but there is not one person who will answer my emails nor answer my phone calls and I feel like I've been completely ripped off? I already gave them the $65 and have an order number but no one to talk to and no order received?!!!!! I'm infuriated.
