Completely unacceptable customer… Completely unacceptable customer service. Says that they have a return policy, but there is zero communication available to start this process. I paid for a product and received a knock-off version that was not advertised, and I’ve sent multiple emails and chats to the company with no answer. I want to return the item and get a refund, but I am now well-past the 30-day window. I’ve never experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service, and strongly recommend that no one shops here.

Avoid at all costs. Chargeback or contact a small claims lawyer! I ordered a package in December and had ZERO contact from the business. Just took my money and not a peep. After weeks they respond and say the package will arrive in 2-4 days. That was 6 days ago. I have had enough! I’ve contacted the BBB and my next course of action won’t be pretty!
