GBNothing but a positive experience Nothing but a positive experience. First they lay out what you need to do. Then they support you as you go through it. Dietary supplements are reviewed and explained but not pushed at you. Care is taken in the exercise plans to avoid injury to us oldsters.

GBVanilla whey superfuel This review is only in reference to the new formula vanilla superfuel. The taste and nutritional quality are 5 star. However, they need to figure out how to reduce the static cling of the powder when portioning. It's a mess to handle when compaired to the old formula or other brands of quality protein powder. This is 3 star in my opinion.
