My experience has always been great… My experience has always been great except this last purchase. I was sent the wrong merchandise. It's no number to call and my last few orders I've had no tracking unless I was checking on the order myself.

Great customer service My item was returned due to my moving after ordering and prior to delivery. Sale dress was very helpful and sent my dress back out to my current address. They kept me abreast of updates regarding the delivery. Once delivered, I am very pleased with my dress quality and everything.

Pleasantly surprised I found this dress on many other websites but with significantly higher prices. Because of the low price I was expecting something low quality and probably only able to wear on one occasion. I am happy to say, it's amazing. Not to mention that it arrived days before the estimated arrival date.
