A trustworthy company Their print designs are exquisite and the clothing quality is very good. I have been using this platform for several months now. Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders. I believe that no company is without mistakes, but their attitude and solutions in dealing with problems have given me great confidence. I will entrust them with more of my orders for production. I highly recommend HugePOD's products; they are trustworthy!

Having them as POD supplier tanked my Etsy Shop! First there was a period of time in which their shipments ran up to 10 days late but I didn't say a thing because I know that bad things happen sometimes. Then.. during/after the Christmas rush I received dozens of complaints and refund requests because their sizes were running way too small. I'm not even going to get into my attempts to get some kind of compensation for having to issue all those refunds, not to mention the damage it's done to my "on-time" score, my satisfaction ratings and the good name and reputation of my shop in general. Stay away!!

The best quality... With big company flaws HugePod will deliver the highest quality for the price that you can find in the POD business and their site is very easy to work with. But their communication is completely terrible, their shipping is expensive, and production takes a few days longer than they advertise. For new clothing brand owners wanting to sell outstanding quality, HugePod is the best you got.

Trustworthy printing service provider Their printing quality is excellent and I have placed many orders from this platform and have never been disappointed. Whether it's on T-shirts, sweatshirts or other streetwear products, they always provide excellent printing results. I'm so happy to work with HugePOD, they always meet my needs and exceed my expectations!

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Their service is slow. Always great at taking payment but as far as delivery it sucks. If you want your delivery to arrive on time. Don't use them. And their refund process is slow as well as a lousy discount for their inconvenience they only give a lousy discount if you do another order. Crappy service. And their English is bad. They don't give refunds.
