I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now and have already inquired three times if they can at least give me a delivery date, but unfortunately, hugepod can't even manage that. Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders.
