Terrible customer service They are cheap, but their print quality has gone down in the past year and their customer service is awful. They have messed up many of my orders. On one order that was nearly $500 dollars, they didn't send some items. The shirts were for a student competition, and the replacement items came over 3 months later. I didn't even need the shirts anymore because the competition passed. Hugepod didn't care and offered no compensation.

Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders. I believe that no company is without mistakes, but their attitude and solutions in dealing with problems have given me great confidence. I will entrust them with more of my orders for production. Meh. I decided to order their all-over print hoodie and it was garbage. The design did not line up on the seams and the material of the hoodie was very uncomfortable and see through. The reasons I'm giving two stars and not one is because their customer service send me a second hoodie after I showed them how bad the first one was and because I can't speak for their screen printing or direct to garment products.
