Having them as POD supplier tanked my Etsy Shop! First there was a period of time in which their shipments ran up to 10 days late but I didn't say a thing because I know that bad things happen sometimes. Then.. during/after the Christmas rush I received dozens of complaints and refund requests because their sizes were running way too small. I'm not even going to get into my attempts to get some kind of compensation for having to issue all those refunds, not to mention the damage it's done to my "on-time" score, my satisfaction ratings and the good name and reputation of my shop in general.
