Terrible customer service They are cheap, but their print quality has gone down in the past year and their customer service is awful. They have messed up many of my orders. On one order that was nearly $500 dollars, they didn't send some items. The shirts were for a student competition, and the replacement items came over 3 months later. I didn't even need the shirts anymore because the competition passed. Hugepod didn't care and offered no compensation.

Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders.
