The garments I ordered were well-made, with attention to detail and durable materials. Moreover, the pricing was very reasonable, allowing me to get more for my money. However, the website speed was a drawback. Navigating through the site and placing orders was slower than expected, which became a bit frustrating at times. Improving the website's speed would greatly enhance the overall user experience. Despite this, I would still recommend HugePOD for their high-quality clothing and affordable prices. With some improvements in website speed, they have the potential to become a five-star choice for custom apparel needs.

Having them as POD supplier tanked my Etsy Shop! First there was a period of time in which their shipments ran up to 10 days late but I didn't say a thing because I know that bad things happen sometimes. Then.. during/after the Christmas rush I received dozens of complaints and refund requests because their sizes were running way too small. I'm not even going to get into my attempts to get some kind of compensation for having to issue all those refunds, not to mention the damage it's done to my "on-time" score, my satisfaction ratings and the good name and reputation of my shop in general. Stay away!!

Scam company - do not buy from them Avoid at all costs - Total scam. I ordered some t-shirts from them. They arrived after a wait time of about a month. They actually looked great upon arrival but as soon as I washed them, they design faded into nothingness. I told them I sold them to customers and they had all complained. I sent them photos. But they refused to give me a refund. I really wish I'd have looked at the reviews before I ordered from them. Awful company, terrible correspondence, terrible quality. A genuine scam, I doubt it'll be long before they're closed down.

Almost Perfect, but Some Room for Improvement I recently used HugePOD for my custom t-shirt business, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The platform is easy to navigate, and the process of uploading my designs and selecting different product options was straightforward. The quality of the products I received was great. The printing was sharp and vibrant, and the materials used were of high quality. My customers were happy with the final products, and that's what matters most. However, I did encounter a few minor issues along the way. Firstly, the production and shipping time took a bit longer than expected. While it wasn't a major delay, it did cause some inconvenience for me and my customers who were eagerly waiting for their orders.

Meh. I decided to order their all-over print hoodie and it was garbage. The design did not line up on the seams and the material of the hoodie was very uncomfortable and see through. The reasons I'm giving two stars and not one is because their customer service send me a second hoodie after I showed them how bad the first one was and because I can't speak for their screen printing or direct to garment products.
