I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now and have already inquired three times if they can at least give me a delivery date, but unfortunately, hugepod can't even manage that. Once and never again.

Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders. I believe that no company is without mistakes, but their attitude and solutions in dealing with problems have given me great confidence. I will entrust them with more of my orders for production. But their communication is completely terrible, their shipping is expensive, and production takes a few days longer than they advertise.
