Over £1,000 wasted and no help even getting my (late) express shipping money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS Joe the boss awful breaking promises. Said I would get refund. Instead ignored me. GBDisappointed, bad business Ordered shirts over a month ago and still no product , will never use this company again made shirts for a trip and never came in on time …. I also made 2 separate orders and the second order gets here but not the first order very disappointed by your company ..:(

GBTerrible customer service They are cheap, but their print quality has gone down in the past year and their customer service is awful. They have messed up many of my orders. On one order that was nearly $500 dollars, they didn't send some items. The shirts were for a student competition, and the replacement items came over 3 months later. I didn't even need the shirts anymore because the competition passed. Hugepod didn't care and offered no compensation.

GBMeh. I decided to order their all-over print hoodie and it was garbage. The design did not line up on the seams and the material of the hoodie was very uncomfortable and see through. The reasons I'm giving two stars and not one is because their customer service send me a second hoodie after I showed them how bad the first one was and because I can't speak for their screen printing or direct to garment products.
