GBAlmost Perfect, but Some Room for Improvement I recently used HugePOD for my custom t-shirt business, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The platform is easy to navigate, and the process of uploading my designs and selecting different product options was straightforward. The quality of the products I received was great. The printing was sharp and vibrant, and the materials used were of high quality. My customers were happy with the final products, and that's what matters most. However, I did encounter a few minor issues along the way. Firstly, the production and shipping time took a bit longer than expected. While it wasn't a major delay, it did cause some inconvenience for me and my customers who were eagerly waiting for their orders.

This allows me to focus on my creativity and marketing without having to worry about production and logistics. HugePOD is truly a creative’s paradise!

DEI am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with Hugepod. This was supposed to be my first order. I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now and have already inquired three times if they can at least give me a delivery date, but unfortunately, hugepod can't even manage that. Once and never again.

GBTerrible customer service They are cheap, but their print quality has gone down in the past year and their customer service is awful. They have messed up many of my orders. On one order that was nearly $500 dollars, they didn't send some items. The shirts were for a student competition, and the replacement items came over 3 months later. I didn't even need the shirts anymore because the competition passed. Hugepod didn't care and offered no compensation.

DEHaving them as POD supplier tanked my Etsy Shop! First there was a period of time in which their shipments ran up to 10 days late but I didn't say a thing because I know that bad things happen sometimes. Then.. during/after the Christmas rush I received dozens of complaints and refund requests because their sizes were running way too small. I'm not even going to get into my attempts to get some kind of compensation for having to issue all those refunds, not to mention the damage it's done to my "on-time" score, my satisfaction ratings and the good name and reputation of my shop in general. Stay away!!
