Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders. The best quality... With big company flaws HugePod will deliver the highest quality for the price that you can find in the POD business and their site is very easy to work with. But their communication is completely terrible, their shipping is expensive, and production takes a few days longer than they advertise. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Their service is slow. Always great at taking payment but as far as delivery it sucks. If you want your delivery to arrive on time. Don't use them. And their refund process is slow as well as a lousy discount for their inconvenience they only give a lousy discount if you do another order. Crappy service. And their English is bad. They don't give refunds.
