A trustworthy company Their print designs are exquisite and the clothing quality is very good. I have been using this platform for several months now. Although there were a few orders that had mistakes, HugePOD honestly admitted the issues and provided me with reasonable solutions: some were reproduced, and some were refunded. I am very satisfied with their attitude towards handling exceptional orders. I believe that no company is without mistakes, but their attitude and solutions in dealing with problems have given me great confidence. I will entrust them with more of my orders for production. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM Their service is slow. Always great at taking payment but as far as delivery it sucks. If you want your delivery to arrive on time. Don't use them. And their refund process is slow as well as a lousy discount for their inconvenience they only give a lousy discount if you do another order. Crappy service. And their English is bad. They don't give refunds.

I am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with Hugepod. This was supposed to be my first order. I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now and have already inquired three times if they can at least give me a delivery date, but unfortunately, hugepod can't even manage that. Once and never again.

Don’t even want to give a 1* Don’t even want to give a 1* Awful!!! Bad a replying, awful clothing print quality awful. Over £1,000 wasted and no help even getting my (late) express shipping money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS Joe the boss awful breaking promises. Said I would get refund. Instead ignored me. Reply like bots, no one at the place has ain’t brain cells. Sort your company out Joe
