GBThey sent me the wrong size shoes and… They sent me the wrong size shoes and would not return the shoes unless I ordered another pair first. Then they tried to say, I ordered the wrong size so it’s was my fault I couldn’t get a refund. Then they kept sending me a order list with a size 4 saying this is what I ordered. I told them idk how this could have happened cause I know if I’m buying Jordan’s offline I’m definitely going to make sure everything is right. They were very unprofessional and tried to make it seem like it was my fault! And they didn’t want to help me with the wrong size shoes and stop communicating with me!

GBI ordered several thousand dollars… I ordered several thousand dollars worth of shoes because I trusted this site and they screwed me over badly. I had bought a pair of Jordan 4 Retro red thunder mens shoes in March 2022 and they were great and authentic above all else so I had no doubts at all when I saw the deals they had on Jordans but I was way wrong. I recieved my first order yesterday being 2 pairs of Jordan 4 Retro black cats and they are counterfeit! I couldn't believe my eyes, plane as day you could immediately tell they were knock offs from the box they came in to the insoles to the tags on the shoes saying they were made in 5 days. Anyone who knows anything about Jordans knows what im talking about. I am giving them a chance to refund my money or exchange for authentic products before I go crazy so I will update this post as soon as I know something. Update; recieved second package today, 3 more pairs of Jordan 4 retros, ALL FAKE!!

GBMy fault !! I have removed my former reply after remarks from Peter the owner of the business at GAB that the mistake was mine in ordering the wrong item. However I only added one more star for a total of two stars in there performance because they did not go the extra mile for there Customer. I am the owner of a very blessed landscape company here in Florida and we always go the extra mile until the customer has a big smile. Peter has a lot to learn about business but I know as experience teaches him along the way he will become an amazing servant to his customers and the rewards will be greater than what he tries to save by being right. I apologize deeply for The mistake in my order and I may use peters business in the future when the disappointmentAnd his correspondence wears off.
