My fault !! I have removed my former reply after remarks from Peter the owner of the business at GAB that the mistake was mine in ordering the wrong item. However I only added one more star for a total of two stars in there performance because they did not go the extra mile for there Customer. I am the owner of a very blessed landscape company here in Florida and we always go the extra mile until the customer has a big smile. Peter has a lot to learn about business but I know as experience teaches him along the way he will become an amazing servant to his customers and the rewards will be greater than what he tries to save by being right. I apologize deeply for The mistake in my order and I may use peters business in the future when the disappointmentAnd his correspondence wears off.

Do not buy from this retailer Worst experience I’ve ever had with retail - shipment was delayed for weeks. Received product (Nike Air Jordans). I want to return them and am getting no replies to my emails, I’ve had to threaten to use an attorney. I got a short reply and nothing since. Worst experience of my life.

Edited I'm very satisfied with my recent experience. Peter always reply to my questions quickly. The product I received was perfect. I definitely come back again for my next purchase. Edited I’m very disappointed with my last purchase because the sneaker which I bought was confirmed as fake by trusted 3rd party. I asked for refund, but there was no way to return or refund. Please be aware.

Excellent customer service I’m giving Customer Support 5 stars for helping me adjust the price I forgot to add the “genuine10” 10% discount. I applaud service agent Joanne for her quick response on rectifying the issue in a timely manner in such a professional manner. Very prompt, kind, and very professional with my many questions and concerns. Italia Independent eyeglass… I ordered Italia Independent eyeglass frames. These frames are impossible to find and Genuine Authentic Brand has them and the price is a huge discount. These were shipped from Italy via FedEx and they arrived in the USA in less than one week. When I had questions about shipping and customs, the staff were responsive and helpful. The glasses are gorgeous and just what I wanted at an excellent price. I like these so much, I may buy a second pair. This is an amazing company and I recommend them if they have something that you want.
