GBI purchased a cami that was apparently… I purchased a cami that was apparently no longer in stock (Why is it even listed to buy or why did it not say “out of stock” to begin with.) Someone reached out to me via email, and suggested to switch it for a “similar” cami (which did not have similarities to the original cami I wanted at all in my opinion), I declined and just wanted my money back, now they’re asking if I want a credit…. Just give me a refund, I don’t want a credit because I’m not going to purchase anything else from this site … Next time, if a particular item is out of stock, please indicate that. I was really looking forward to receiving the cami I selected.

GBBest Customer Service!!! I ordered two beach cardigans at the beginning of June. They never arrived, and it was due to postal error. I contacted Furdelaw and had such amazingly satisfactory results. They agreed to re-send the caftans, and follow the postal procedures to be reimbursed; after all, it was not the mistake of Furdelaw! The person who corresponded with me, Ada, was always prompt with replies. I have had dealings with other companies from China which were not handled at all - simply ignored . I had to contact my credit card for rectify those. I would recommend Furdelaw because of their proven commitment to customer relations, and I thank this company, and ADA, in particular for assisting me.

GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from this site. And I was absolutely impressed. I can honestly say I will be ordering from this site again. The quality, the style and overall experience was definitely worth it!! I will be ordering more cute outfits for my Hawaii trip in May!
