GBpoor quality the item i bough was so bad and I demand a refund. Their items look NOTHING like then pictures and are low quality in all aspects. Customer Service are also very poor too. Please do NOT buy from here.

USBest Customer Service!!! I ordered two beach cardigans at the beginning of June. They never arrived, and it was due to postal error. I contacted Furdelaw and had such amazingly satisfactory results. They agreed to re-send the caftans, and follow the postal procedures to be reimbursed; after all, it was not the mistake of Furdelaw! The person who corresponded with me, Ada, was always prompt with replies. I have had dealings with other companies from China which were not handled at all - simply ignored . I had to contact my credit card for rectify those. I would recommend Furdelaw because of their proven commitment to customer relations, and I thank this company, and ADA, in particular for assisting me.

USThe coat of many colors I have considered this coat for quite some time. The many colors just popped for me. My delay in ordering was due to questioning, 1) was I going to get what I saw for the bargain price that it was listed at? and 2)if I was able to guesstimate the correct size, in the past, I would order a 2X and there was no way I could wear something that small. So, I ordered a 5X and it fits great!!! The delivery time took awhile, I didn’t realize it was shipped from a different country, I was okay with the time element. Thank you for this beautiful coat!🤗

USI was very excited to order a shirt I… I was very excited to order a shirt I seen on their website. While placing the order was quick and simple I wasn’t to thrill of the price I had to pay for shipping, if I had know before hand it was shipping from China I would’ve never placed the order. A couple days later I received a email stating that the shirt I had order was no longer available and that they had something similar. I agree to the replacement and waited to receive my order. My biggest complaint is I had to wait a month before getting my shirt. I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet but the quality looks really good and not cheap looking, so no complaints there. I hope in the future your company will doing a better job in updating your items in stock and expediting the shipping.

USI ordered something and was offered… I ordered something and was offered something else instead of saying we no longer have that item in stock. They also instead of refunding my mo ry they are forcing me to buy something else.
