They refused to replace it with another model even if I offered to pay more than the difference. Never again. Warranty service was sometimes ok, sometimes rude and unprofessional.

Don't use this site A techincal error occured and they had "misplaced" my payment. Had I not reacted, I would never have gotten my order. Afterwards, they said they made a "small error" and tried to compensate me with a useless memory card. Take your business elsewhere, to a company that actually cares and will give good service, even if they faulter.

Present, polite and quick. The products has been perfect. E Ville seem to always have that items noone else has, for a good price. Payment is smooth, and the customer service is very polite. Their webpage is very user friendly and feels intuitive; They remind you of what could be needed to buy alongside your product, and sometimes gives notes about good things to consider with said product. Only con: It is a hassle to get your eventually broken items fixed. Not impossible, but still its a journey on its own..

A Good tent I bought a Naturehike Hiby, and i am very satisfied- both Economical, and technical. We camped 2 adults, and one teenager, and it was ok- even if its more sutable for 2 adults. The tent is light, and easy to set up. The delivery was quite fast aswell.
