They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed

I brought an apple bundle from… I brought an apple bundle from Shopiosx.com on 1/5 and was charged on 1/7 for freight shipping even though the weight was not an issue initially. I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

$70 In surcharges Overall these prices aren’t worth it. It’s affordable but shipping is expensive and free shipping takes forever. I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. I never received my phone! I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

Chicago Shopiosx I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!
