They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed

Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax
