I brought an apple bundle from… I brought an apple bundle from Shopiosx.com on 1/5 and was charged on 1/7 for freight shipping even though the weight was not an issue initially. I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

Want to give 5 stars but parking is high & they don’t accept cash I recently had the chance to place a pickup order at ShopiOSx Calabasas, situated outside Los Angeles — 40 mins away so keep this in mind. The customer service team at this store is truly outstanding. Adam went the extra mile by promptly responding to my email inquiry even after I had already made my order. It's important to mention that they don't accept cash, which might be a downside for some customers. Also parking in the lot costs $11 per hour, which adds to the overall expense of visiting the store. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I have to say that ShopiOSx Calabasas impressed me with its cleanliness and efficiency. They offer a wide variety of new iPhones; in fact, I was able to purchase both the iPhone 15 and 14 in a single order. The AC is high and there are sections for each electronic type.
