I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

I never received my phone! I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

Want to give 5 stars but parking is high & they don’t accept cash I recently had the chance to place a pickup order at ShopiOSx Calabasas, situated outside Los Angeles — 40 mins away so keep this in mind. The customer service team at this store is truly outstanding. Adam went the extra mile by promptly responding to my email inquiry even after I had already made my order. It's important to mention that they don't accept cash, which might be a downside for some customers. Also parking in the lot costs $11 per hour, which adds to the overall expense of visiting the store. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I have to say that ShopiOSx Calabasas impressed me with its cleanliness and efficiency. They offer a wide variety of new iPhones; in fact, I was able to purchase both the iPhone 15 and 14 in a single order. The AC is high and there are sections for each electronic type.

My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.
