I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com. I bought a Nintendo Switch online and their shipping costs were outrageous - cancelling out any discount that I got. Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently ordered 10 iPhones and it was impossible to find parking, as there were no parking passes available. The customer service was only okay, so that didn't help either. All in all, it's been a 3-star experience here - could definitely be better!

The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.
