This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. I never received my phone! I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. Phone support is limited Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.
