The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

$70 In surcharges Overall these prices aren’t worth it. It’s affordable but shipping is expensive and free shipping takes forever. I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. I brought an apple bundle from… I brought an apple bundle from Shopiosx.com on 1/5 and was charged on 1/7 for freight shipping even though the weight was not an issue initially. I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

Chicago Shopiosx I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!
