Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.

The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.

Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for… Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for the past few weeks has been a hassle due to limited parking. I recently ordered 10 iPhones and it was impossible to find parking, as there were no parking passes available. The customer service was only okay, so that didn't help either. All in all, it's been a 3-star experience here - could definitely be better!
