My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.

I did have to wait on hold for quite… I did have to wait on hold for quite some time, once I spoke with a representative, they informed me about their return policy. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed

Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.

Not only did they send me a fantastic $100 coupon to celebrate the launch of the app, but their team was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the new features and advantages. When I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 using the promo code and a gift card, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order balance was only $3. The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. All in all, shopiosx has consistently provided top-notch service, and this recent app upgrade has taken it to a whole new level of convenience.
