I never received my phone! I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

Although there was no box, the phone came with all the essentials like the charger and a clear case, which was a nice touch. However, I did notice that the phone is a little slow when using apps like Instagram. Despite this, one standout feature is the massive 512 gigabytes of internal storage, which is perfect for storing all my photos and videos. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase from Shopiosx and appreciate the timely delivery and included accessories.

Chicago Shopiosx I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!

My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.

They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed
