The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. I recently ordered 10 iPhones and it was impossible to find parking, as there were no parking passes available. The customer service was only okay, so that didn't help either. All in all, it's been a 3-star experience here - could definitely be better!

My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.
