I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

I never received my phone! I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the parking - it's quite expensive. I found them on OfferUp.

The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.
