I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. The staff was not wearing masks and the stock was limited. Additionally, prices were much higher than expected. I hope that in the future Shopiosx takes better precautions and adjusts their prices accordingly.

Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.
