GBI’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. The support agent at the store didn’t even seem concerned or helpful almost all of the XR colors are sold out…

GBApp upgraded the shopping experience I've been shopping at shopiosx for a couple of months now, and their recent app update has really enhanced the whole shopping experience. Not only did they send me a fantastic $100 coupon to celebrate the launch of the app, but their team was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the new features and advantages. When I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 using the promo code and a gift card, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order balance was only $3. The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. All in all, shopiosx has consistently provided top-notch service, and this recent app upgrade has taken it to a whole new level of convenience.

GBThe box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

GBI did have to wait on hold for quite… I did have to wait on hold for quite some time, once I spoke with a representative, they informed me about their return policy. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed
