I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed

I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.

I had heard good things about… I had heard good things about Shopiosx.com, so I decided to check out their store. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The staff was not wearing masks and the stock was limited. Additionally, prices were much higher than expected. I hope that in the future Shopiosx takes better precautions and adjusts their prices accordingly.
