GBI placed an order for pickup for a… I placed an order for pickup for a gaming PC from their San Diego store and had an overall positive experience. The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the parking - it's quite expensive. I found them on OfferUp.

GBThe box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

GBI placed an order a couple of weeks ago… I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I waited for a couple of days till it got canceled without my consent. I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. This is a totally waste of time. Don’t trust them. Now they are on the market as SHOPIOSX.app

GBiphone has a crack on the camera/screen ShopiOSx shipped my iPhone SE fast, but the experience was far from perfect. Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.

GBI did have to wait on hold for quite… I did have to wait on hold for quite some time, once I spoke with a representative, they informed me about their return policy. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed
