Not only did they send me a fantastic $100 coupon to celebrate the launch of the app, but their team was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the new features and advantages. When I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 using the promo code and a gift card, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order balance was only $3. The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. The customer service team at this store is truly outstanding. Adam went the extra mile by promptly responding to my email inquiry even after I had already made my order. It's important to mention that they don't accept cash, which might be a downside for some customers. Also parking in the lot costs $11 per hour, which adds to the overall expense of visiting the store. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I have to say that ShopiOSx Calabasas impressed me with its cleanliness and efficiency. They offer a wide variety of new iPhones; in fact, I was able to purchase both the iPhone 15 and 14 in a single order. The AC is high and there are sections for each electronic type.
