I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. Phone support is limited Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.

I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.
