I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. Want to give 5 stars but parking is high & they don’t accept cash I recently had the chance to place a pickup order at ShopiOSx Calabasas, situated outside Los Angeles — 40 mins away so keep this in mind. The customer service team at this store is truly outstanding. Adam went the extra mile by promptly responding to my email inquiry even after I had already made my order. It's important to mention that they don't accept cash, which might be a downside for some customers. Also parking in the lot costs $11 per hour, which adds to the overall expense of visiting the store. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I have to say that ShopiOSx Calabasas impressed me with its cleanliness and efficiency. They offer a wide variety of new iPhones; in fact, I was able to purchase both the iPhone 15 and 14 in a single order. The AC is high and there are sections for each electronic type.

They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed
