The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for… Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for the past few weeks has been a hassle due to limited parking. I recently ordered 10 iPhones and it was impossible to find parking, as there were no parking passes available. The customer service was only okay, so that didn't help either. All in all, it's been a 3-star experience here - could definitely be better!

Chicago Shopiosx I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!
