I brought an apple bundle from… I brought an apple bundle from Shopiosx.com on 1/5 and was charged on 1/7 for freight shipping even though the weight was not an issue initially. I contacted customer service to try and get the charge reversed, but they were unwilling to do so. I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you don't want to be charged extra fees. they also charge an authenticity fee and sales tax

Phone support is limited Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

$70 In surcharges Overall these prices aren’t worth it. It’s affordable but shipping is expensive and free shipping takes forever. I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. I did have to wait on hold for quite… I did have to wait on hold for quite some time, once I spoke with a representative, they informed me about their return policy. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed
