My complaint is regarding local… My complaint is regarding local delivery. We are an apartment community and the drivers are dropping packages in a pile at the front door of our property, outside at our mail area. These residents expect their packages to be dropped in a secure location, like in front of their apartment door as it should be done. These drivers are lazy and these packages could be stolen very easily, in turn costing ShopiOSx a lot of money to replace the items stolen. Something needs to be done.

I had heard good things about… I had heard good things about Shopiosx.com, so I decided to check out their store. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The staff was not wearing masks and the stock was limited. Additionally, prices were much higher than expected. I hope that in the future Shopiosx takes better precautions and adjusts their prices accordingly.

$70 In surcharges Overall these prices aren’t worth it. It’s affordable but shipping is expensive and free shipping takes forever. I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. SHIPPING FROM CA TO TEXAS SHOULDNT BE THAT EXPENSIVE

I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

I did have to wait on hold for quite… I did have to wait on hold for quite some time, once I spoke with a representative, they informed me about their return policy. They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet. I wanted to love this store more but the employees at their menlo park office are too heavy handed
