I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the parking - it's quite expensive. I found them on OfferUp.

I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com. I bought a Nintendo Switch online and their shipping costs were outrageous - cancelling out any discount that I got. Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

They asked me to either ship the iPad back or provide photos of the damage. I followed their instructions and did both. They sent me a $500 gift card which I haven’t used yet.
