They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. I had heard good things about… I had heard good things about Shopiosx.com, so I decided to check out their store. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The staff was not wearing masks and the stock was limited. Additionally, prices were much higher than expected. I hope that in the future Shopiosx takes better precautions and adjusts their prices accordingly.

The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
