The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

I’m starting to question the Legitimacy… I’m starting to question the Legitimacy of this company. I made three orders two weeks ago and they haven’t been shipped. They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

When I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 using the promo code and a gift card, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order balance was only $3. The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. All in all, shopiosx has consistently provided top-notch service, and this recent app upgrade has taken it to a whole new level of convenience.
