I never received my phone! I know this site seems sketch, and there is a possibility that all the reviews for this website are bought. I decided to give it a try anyway, I ordered an Iphone 13 pro max, even paid for shipping protection, and for priority shipping. The phone never arrived, then it was shipped to a whole different address in a whole different state. I contacted customer service but they're so hard to get into contact with. I provided proof of purchase and even where the package was delivered too. Yet, even if they do contact you nothing gets resolved. I don't ever recommend buying from this site its all a scam. I hope I can prevent someone else falling for this facade website.

They went from awaiting shipment to being cancelled without me canceling it, processing, and delayed. My recent attempts to contact them have been very bad as they have not responded at all.

The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap.
