GBChicago Shopiosx I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!

GBI placed an order a couple of weeks ago… I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I waited for a couple of days till it got canceled without my consent. I decided to give them another chance, I placed an order last week and the same thing happened. They charged me via PayPal, the following morning my order was canceled and I have not received any refund. I wrote many emails to them and they have not responded back. This is a totally waste of time. Don’t trust them. Now they are on the market as SHOPIOSX.app

GBWant to give 5 stars but parking is high & they don’t accept cash I recently had the chance to place a pickup order at ShopiOSx Calabasas, situated outside Los Angeles — 40 mins away so keep this in mind. The customer service team at this store is truly outstanding. Adam went the extra mile by promptly responding to my email inquiry even after I had already made my order. It's important to mention that they don't accept cash, which might be a downside for some customers. Also parking in the lot costs $11 per hour, which adds to the overall expense of visiting the store. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I have to say that ShopiOSx Calabasas impressed me with its cleanliness and efficiency. They offer a wide variety of new iPhones; in fact, I was able to purchase both the iPhone 15 and 14 in a single order. The AC is high and there are sections for each electronic type.

GBTHEY DONT ACCEPT CASH THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH! I had taken a 45 minute drive to the store specifically to purchase an iPhone XR, but was unable to do so due to their policy. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. The support agent at the store didn’t even seem concerned or helpful almost all of the XR colors are sold out…

GBThe box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.
