The box was damaged I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

I was concerned it was a scam but I reached out and finally decided to place an order through PayPal, ended up paying an extra $70 in surcharges. Very disappointed and I won’t Be buying again. Despite the affordable price of $47 with the discount and shipping costs, I was disappointed to discover a small crack in the front of the phone. While the front camera still works, the noticeable crack is an eyesore. To address this issue, I reached out to customer service for assistance.
