Not worth the hassle. Absolutely horrible communication and customer service. I will never buy from them again, even though they had a boot still that I would loved to buy.

This company is a scam. Package was not delivered. Refund not issued. It’s been 3 years since the order was made. I have emailed Dapper Lane a dozen times to no avail. I have reported them to the BBB. Still no luck. This company is a fraud! Do not buy anything from them.

I order 2 pair of boots I order 2 pair of boots, I never received them. Over a year of waiting. Emails and dms, nothing. Luckily, I used Affirm when purchasing the boots and got a refund. So disappointing, those boots were 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I would NEVER order from them again. Respectfully.

The company is untrustworthy I just put one star to have the ability to write a review. It would have had no stars. The company is horrible. It took over a month to inform me that the shoes I ordered were not going to be honored by the vendor. I should have gotten an automatic refund, but I didn’t. I tried emailing, no response and calling, but there isn’t a process for customer services. There merchandise looks great, maybe real, but the company must be a fake. I’m out $1,200 and they continue to advertise. Don’t trust this company - just from experience.

Ordered 2 pairs in early March this… Ordered 2 pairs in early March this year that never arrived. Figured global shipping problems may be the cause so gave them time so after 4 months decided to follow up. Have contacted the company repeatedly and only receive auto responses every single time. Tried their instagram which got me a single response seeking order number and then nothing after repeated follow ups. Livid with their lack of courtesy and starting to question if company is even legitimate. Could not recommend less.
