USThe company is untrustworthy I just put one star to have the ability to write a review. It would have had no stars. The company is horrible. It took over a month to inform me that the shoes I ordered were not going to be honored by the vendor. I should have gotten an automatic refund, but I didn’t. I tried emailing, no response and calling, but there isn’t a process for customer services. There merchandise looks great, maybe real, but the company must be a fake. I’m out $1,200 and they continue to advertise. Don’t trust this company - just from experience.

USOrder never arrived Order never arrived. Responded once to inquiries with a standard email, then never responded again. This company is a total SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

USHo est customer service and great attitudes I really love the fact that the company gives incentives for returning customers and when I have a question on anything Tara and Joseph are willing to help. Plus it's nice to be able to talk to a customer representative instead of a machine. This is what keeps me coming back.
