You stole my money. You stole my money and never sent me product. Worst shopping experience of my life.

Total scam guys were gonna send me… Total scam guys were gonna send me shoes and never did had to fight tooth and nail with them to get a refund

The company is untrustworthy I just put one star to have the ability to write a review. It would have had no stars. The company is horrible. It took over a month to inform me that the shoes I ordered were not going to be honored by the vendor. I should have gotten an automatic refund, but I didn’t. I tried emailing, no response and calling, but there isn’t a process for customer services. There merchandise looks great, maybe real, but the company must be a fake. I’m out $1,200 and they continue to advertise. Don’t trust this company - just from experience.

I have purchased shoes from them before… I have purchased shoes from them before and have tolerated the lack of customer service. This last order was a nightmare. Ordered shoes in Jan for my daughter's wedding in May. Needless to say shoes did not arrive until July. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend nor be ordering anything from them again.

I never received my order I never received my order. After several attempts over months to reach them I finally gave up. DO BOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
