GBI have purchased shoes from them before… I have purchased shoes from them before and have tolerated the lack of customer service. This last order was a nightmare. Ordered shoes in Jan for my daughter's wedding in May. Needless to say shoes did not arrive until July. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend nor be ordering anything from them again.

First order processed dec 27/2021 second order processed dec 28 2021 one of the shoes cost $410 and the second one $285 till today I haven’t got it. I paid through”Affirm” . GBI order 2 pair of boots I order 2 pair of boots, I never received them. Over a year of waiting. Emails and dms, nothing. Luckily, I used Affirm when purchasing the boots and got a refund. So disappointing, those boots were 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I would NEVER order from them again. Respectfully.
