I’ve ordered CBD, CBG & CBD, multi vitamin for women, Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Magnesuim Glysonate & CBD for my dog. Everything that I’ve ordered has really been excellent. I use the Multivitamin and Glysonate everyday and I will continue to do that. I feel so much better when these are a part of my daily routine.

Felt safe in buying from USA Medical I have been wanting to try cbd oil for some time now and was nervous about purchasing in fear of buying something of bad quality. I watched the many videos and read the many comments on tiktok and felt safe in buying from USA Medical. I just tried it for the first time today for my constant arthritic pain that makes my days miserable. Looking forward to relief!!

What a terrific company What a terrific company, ran buy people that actually care about their customers. I found the owner Jake on his TikTok account doing a live answering questions about health issues and also the wonderful products they offer. If you haven't checked them out you definitely need to they have a wide range of great products and great deals on them. What have you got to loose try them out today!!!

Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.
