GBTheir Organic CBG really works! Their Organic CBG really works! Tried it for my shoulder and elbow pain, within an hour the pain was gone! Injured my tailbone biking in the woods. Very painful! Tried CBG and within 2-3 hours I realized the pain was gone! Also gives me energy! Love all their products and mission! GBGoodbye Epilepsy Medicine! Jake and the team at USA Medical are so helpful! My daughter suffers from epilepsy and she's had to be on medication for the last few years. I truly disagree with all things big pharma, and was looking for a better alternative to giving my child what is likely hurting more than helping. When I spoke with Jake, he told me all the benefits of CBD and how it has absolutely helped people with epilepsy. So we got a bottle and started giving it to her a few weeks ago. Firstly, she MUCH prefers the taste to her old medicine. But, much more importantly, she hasn't had a seizure since she's been off of her medicine and on the CBD. Thank you so much for this gift to her!

GBLoyal customer. Excellent products. I have made two purchases directly and one from Amazon. I’ve ordered CBD, CBG & CBD, multi vitamin for women, Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Magnesuim Glysonate & CBD for my dog. Everything that I’ve ordered has really been excellent. I use the Multivitamin and Glysonate everyday and I will continue to do that. I feel so much better when these are a part of my daily routine.

GBHad issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.
