I am immensely grateful to USA Medical I am so grateful to Jake and the entire crew at USA Medical for their guidance. My daughter has been battling epilepsy, which needed medication for several years. I've always been skeptical about the pharmaceutical industry and was on a quest for a safer alternative. I talked with Jake, he told me about the advantages of CBD, especially for individuals with epilepsy. We decided to give it a shot and purchased a bottle. My daughter started using it a few weeks back. For starters, she is fond of the taste, a stark contrast to her previous medication. But more than that, she has remained seizure-free since we took her off of her medication to and now she is using CBD only. This has been a priceless gift to her, and I can't thank you enough!

Order made and recieved NO product I placed an order from the Swedish site and its been over 1 week and i still havent got an email that it's been shipped, No tracking number, no product, nothing, Not even a resonse by email. I sent them 3 emails and nothing. The USA version replied and are trying to help but i guess they are being ignored also. They took my money and i havent gotten any product. I think it's a big scam so by from somewhere else.

Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

I could write a million words about… I could write a million words about what this has done for me but I won’t. I will just say with all my medical issues and my refusal to take prescription medications this has absolutely 100% changed my life. The excruciating pain I was in was beyond what I can talk about. I now take a full dose every morning and sometimes at night. I now have a life without pain or the trauma of being drugged up all the time

Loyal customer. Excellent products. I have made two purchases directly and one from Amazon. I’ve ordered CBD, CBG & CBD, multi vitamin for women, Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Magnesuim Glysonate & CBD for my dog. Everything that I’ve ordered has really been excellent. I use the Multivitamin and Glysonate everyday and I will continue to do that. I feel so much better when these are a part of my daily routine.
