SEOrder made and recieved NO product I placed an order from the Swedish site and its been over 1 week and i still havent got an email that it's been shipped, No tracking number, no product, nothing, Not even a resonse by email. I sent them 3 emails and nothing. The USA version replied and are trying to help but i guess they are being ignored also. They took my money and i havent gotten any product. I think it's a big scam so by from somewhere else.

GBLoyal customer. Excellent products. I have made two purchases directly and one from Amazon. I’ve ordered CBD, CBG & CBD, multi vitamin for women, Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Magnesuim Glysonate & CBD for my dog. Everything that I’ve ordered has really been excellent. I use the Multivitamin and Glysonate everyday and I will continue to do that. I feel so much better when these are a part of my daily routine.

GBWHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR-try them! I find the communication with this company the BEST around. If I ever do have an issue, it is resolved, super fast and with a personal touch. The products are fantastic and I've never been able to address some of my chronic pain until finding some of the CBG products. Also, the magnesium and CBD capsule have really helped my sleep!!

GBI made and paid for my order 3 weeks… I made and paid for my order 3 weeks ago and I haven't received it. I did receive a shipping confirmation email about a week ago but it only said my order had been shipped and no shipping information. I have no idea when to expect my order and status inquiries have gone unanswered to date.

GBHad issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.
