I've never really used CBD before I've never really used CBD before, but started having issues with insomnia during the pandemic and haven't been able to fully get my sleep back on track. I just started an evening supplement regimen that includes your CBD and it has been amazing. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take another CBD and fall right back to sleep instead of staring at the ceiling for hours on end like I used to end up doing. Also LOVING your reels on IG. Thanks for answering my questions I was hesitant about the grape seed oil and when I asked through IG messages I got quick responses. I am currently trying to figure out my personal dosing for CBG , it has surely helped with anxiety but not much help with pain. Ive only been taking it for a few days. I am sleeping much better with the night time bundle. There are so many CBD companies out there so customer service is important

Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

It has been an all-around great… It has been an all-around great experience working with this company, but what I found makes it stand out is a personal touch from Jake. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer and I felt confident in what I was fine. Outstanding company and I would highly suggest giving them a try. Definitely will not be sorry.

Felt safe in buying from USA Medical I have been wanting to try cbd oil for some time now and was nervous about purchasing in fear of buying something of bad quality. I watched the many videos and read the many comments on tiktok and felt safe in buying from USA Medical.
