SEOrder made and recieved NO product I placed an order from the Swedish site and its been over 1 week and i still havent got an email that it's been shipped, No tracking number, no product, nothing, Not even a resonse by email. I sent them 3 emails and nothing. The USA version replied and are trying to help but i guess they are being ignored also. They took my money and i havent gotten any product. I think it's a big scam so by from somewhere else.

GBEverything was delivered almost on… Everything was delivered almost on time, but, they texted me and explained why. What other company does that? I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity. Jake has a great company and is always willing to talk to you to answer questions.

GBI made and paid for my order 3 weeks… I made and paid for my order 3 weeks ago and I haven't received it. I did receive a shipping confirmation email about a week ago but it only said my order had been shipped and no shipping information. I have no idea when to expect my order and status inquiries have gone unanswered to date.

GBGoodbye Epilepsy Medicine! Jake and the team at USA Medical are so helpful! My daughter suffers from epilepsy and she's had to be on medication for the last few years. I truly disagree with all things big pharma, and was looking for a better alternative to giving my child what is likely hurting more than helping. When I spoke with Jake, he told me all the benefits of CBD and how it has absolutely helped people with epilepsy. So we got a bottle and started giving it to her a few weeks ago. Firstly, she MUCH prefers the taste to her old medicine. But, much more importantly, she hasn't had a seizure since she's been off of her medicine and on the CBD. Thank you so much for this gift to her!

GBHad issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.
