Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

I could write a million words about… I could write a million words about what this has done for me but I won’t. I will just say with all my medical issues and my refusal to take prescription medications this has absolutely 100% changed my life. The excruciating pain I was in was beyond what I can talk about. Goodbye Epilepsy Medicine! Jake and the team at USA Medical are so helpful! My daughter suffers from epilepsy and she's had to be on medication for the last few years. I truly disagree with all things big pharma, and was looking for a better alternative to giving my child what is likely hurting more than helping. When I spoke with Jake, he told me all the benefits of CBD and how it has absolutely helped people with epilepsy. So we got a bottle and started giving it to her a few weeks ago.
