GBI am immensely grateful to USA Medical I am so grateful to Jake and the entire crew at USA Medical for their guidance. My daughter has been battling epilepsy, which needed medication for several years. I've always been skeptical about the pharmaceutical industry and was on a quest for a safer alternative. I talked with Jake, he told me about the advantages of CBD, especially for individuals with epilepsy. We decided to give it a shot and purchased a bottle. My daughter started using it a few weeks back. For starters, she is fond of the taste, a stark contrast to her previous medication. But more than that, she has remained seizure-free since we took her off of her medication to and now she is using CBD only. This has been a priceless gift to her, and I can't thank you enough!

GBThe difference in quality magnesium! I started taking magnesium back in February after coming across USA Medical on TikTok. I didn’t realize what a difference quality magnesium capsules would make! I’ve only been taking the magnesium and woman’s daily vitamin for a couple days but I can already tell the difference in how I feel. Very satisfied and will be purchasing again!

GBI've never really used CBD before I've never really used CBD before, but started having issues with insomnia during the pandemic and haven't been able to fully get my sleep back on track. I just started an evening supplement regimen that includes your CBD and it has been amazing. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take another CBD and fall right back to sleep instead of staring at the ceiling for hours on end like I used to end up doing. Also LOVING your reels on IG. Will definitely be repurchasing and adding some of your other products to my basket to try next time. Thank you!

GBHad issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

GBEverything was delivered almost on… Everything was delivered almost on time, but, they texted me and explained why. What other company does that? I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity. Jake has a great company and is always willing to talk to you to answer questions.
