Loyal customer. Excellent products. I have made two purchases directly and one from Amazon. I’ve ordered CBD, CBG & CBD, multi vitamin for women, Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Magnesuim Glysonate & CBD for my dog. Everything that I’ve ordered has really been excellent. I use the Multivitamin and Glysonate everyday and I will continue to do that. I feel so much better when these are a part of my daily routine.

Had issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

Not just vitamins &supplements, life changing! The products are high quality and they work. I use the women's multi, magnesium, cbd+cbg,cbd gel caps, immune support, ashwaganda, cbd treats and oil for my dogs. I've used other products they sell too.I need less pain meds for my bad back, I sleep so much better. Jake makes himself available to you and has the best customer service out there. He has helped me with my orders, scheduling how to take the supplements and so much more. The USA Medical Facebook group is so helpful and keeps you involved. They offer so much more then vitamins & supplements too. Finding USA Medical has been life changing for me. I have recommended then to people and will continue to do so for a long time! Been using their products over a year now.

I am immensely grateful to USA Medical I am so grateful to Jake and the entire crew at USA Medical for their guidance. My daughter has been battling epilepsy, which needed medication for several years. I've always been skeptical about the pharmaceutical industry and was on a quest for a safer alternative.
