SEOrder made and recieved NO product I placed an order from the Swedish site and its been over 1 week and i still havent got an email that it's been shipped, No tracking number, no product, nothing, Not even a resonse by email. I sent them 3 emails and nothing. The USA version replied and are trying to help but i guess they are being ignored also. They took my money and i havent gotten any product. I think it's a big scam so by from somewhere else.

GBI made and paid for my order 3 weeks… I made and paid for my order 3 weeks ago and I haven't received it. I did receive a shipping confirmation email about a week ago but it only said my order had been shipped and no shipping information. I have no idea when to expect my order and status inquiries have gone unanswered to date.

GBNot just vitamins &supplements, life changing! The products are high quality and they work. I use the women's multi, magnesium, cbd+cbg,cbd gel caps, immune support, ashwaganda, cbd treats and oil for my dogs. I've used other products they sell too.I need less pain meds for my bad back, I sleep so much better. Jake makes himself available to you and has the best customer service out there. He has helped me with my orders, scheduling how to take the supplements and so much more. The USA Medical Facebook group is so helpful and keeps you involved. They offer so much more then vitamins & supplements too. Finding USA Medical has been life changing for me. I have recommended then to people and will continue to do so for a long time! Been using their products over a year now.

GBFelt safe in buying from USA Medical I have been wanting to try cbd oil for some time now and was nervous about purchasing in fear of buying something of bad quality. I watched the many videos and read the many comments on tiktok and felt safe in buying from USA Medical. I just tried it for the first time today for my constant arthritic pain that makes my days miserable. Looking forward to relief!!

GBHad issue with ordering system Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.
