GBGreat plumber and a nice bloke, what more do want? :-) Tom installed our new boiler just before Christmas and recently replaced a ceased motorised valve for us. He's always polite, really helpful and happy to explain fully. Great technical ability and great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
