GBBoiler broke Boiler broke, Tom investigated, new pump was required and fitted (Tom did advise that he recommended a new boiler at this point), the boiler worked for about another 5 days and broke again, this time it was the flu, Tom replaced the flu (£354) and then realised the coil had broken, at this point I had no option but to replace the boiler. Tom justified replacing the flu but I am not 100% sure this was ever required, I don't think he was trying to con me I just think he made an error with the flu, Was very quick to call me and ask for payment for everything despite his invoicing stating 14 day payment terms.

GB10 out of 10 Such great service. There was a fault with my heating. Tom came and changed my hive hub within the designated time slot. Everything was resolved in under an hour. With the freezing temps - my heating had gone again but was very quick to help and resolve the issue over the phone. Very genuine and honest.

GBNew boiler… I had a new boiler and 2 radiators fitted by Tom from Asset Plumbing and heating.He was very knowledgeable professional and polite and did a first class job.I would certainly recommend Asset.

GBVery reliable and trustworthy Met Thomas via an emergency call when my old boiler gave up its last breath. I felt confident and assured in his advice to to replace it. Customer service has always been great, and Thomas has always been prompt and in time and informative.
