GBBoiler Service Tom did our first boiler service on the boiler he installed last year. Friendly helpful advice as always. Highly recommended.

GBBoiler broke Boiler broke, Tom investigated, new pump was required and fitted (Tom did advise that he recommended a new boiler at this point), the boiler worked for about another 5 days and broke again, this time it was the flu, Tom replaced the flu (£354) and then realised the coil had broken, at this point I had no option but to replace the boiler. Tom justified replacing the flu but I am not 100% sure this was ever required, I don't think he was trying to con me I just think he made an error with the flu, Was very quick to call me and ask for payment for everything despite his invoicing stating 14 day payment terms.
