GBHelped with breathing I have COPD. I started taking D3 10,000 IU with Vitamin B12 1000 mg. After a week. I am breathing better. I can go without using an oxygen condenser for hours. I have done nothing else different except started taking these two.

GBI have been on Tirzepatide since end of… I have been on Tirzepatide since end of October 2023 starting weight was 181. I hit my goal weight second week of January at 145 pounds and now as of April 26, 2024 I have exceeeded my goal weight I'm at 135 pounds. I now only use the injections once a month to maintain my weight. I have had no side effects, no issues with not receiving my meds on time.
