I am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with this service. I started the medicine on 3/14 after having to call in because apparently fed ex delivered the first prescription to the wrong address. On 3/14 I received the medicine which I was very surprised not in something to keep it cold, I started the medicine immediately. The only thing I felt after taking the shot was nausea, it hasn't done anything for my appetite at all. I have talked to 5 ppl who started the shots at the same time I did and all but one has lost weight and have no appetite. The other person is going through a different online group and they increased her dose and now has lost 6 pounds in less than 10 days. I called premium health and got no help. I feel like after my credit card was billed the helpfulness ended. I can not afford to pay for something that doesn't work for me.

Would recommend Communication with the company is great, everyone is so helpful and nice. I was apprehensive at first, but I am so glad that I made the choice to start was weightloss journey. Shipment was fast and arrived actually in only couple of days. I would highly recommend going with this company.

Premium Health is the real deal I have been with Premium Health for a month. The entire experience has been great. Whenever you start with a new provider there is a learning curve. Premium Health is quite busy, which I can appreciate. That being said, they have been very prompt in answering my questions. I find the best way to contact them is via text. They ALWAYS answer my text within an hour or less. I texted them on Easter weekend and had an answer in minutes. The physicians that I have spoken with were very kind and listened to me. They took all the time I needed to make sure that all my concerns and questions were addressed. If have been trying to loose weight all my life. I am so happy that I found Premium Health.
