I am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with this service. I started the medicine on 3/14 after having to call in because apparently fed ex delivered the first prescription to the wrong address. On 3/14 I received the medicine which I was very surprised not in something to keep it cold, I started the medicine immediately. The only thing I felt after taking the shot was nausea, it hasn't done anything for my appetite at all. I have talked to 5 ppl who started the shots at the same time I did and all but one has lost weight and have no appetite. The other person is going through a different online group and they increased her dose and now has lost 6 pounds in less than 10 days. I called premium health and got no help. I feel like after my credit card was billed the helpfulness ended. I can not afford to pay for something that doesn't work for me.

Truly a 5-star company Truly a 5-star company, look no further! The service is incredible, all of the representatives were so kind and relieved my concerns before I committed. They are very timely with responding to my texts and calls. I was on semaglutide for 3 months with another company, and switched to Premium Health recently. It was the best decision because they have the cheapest prices for weight loss meds and also the best care. Excited to continue my journey with them.

A revised review from Feb 12 This review is a new review from my experience on Feb 12, 2024. Was having issues reaching Premium Health. I wrote a review on Feb 12 saying the took my money and never responded to me. All of that changed when Ramin called to express his concern , he made sure I was satisfied . And the pharmacy once my meds were ready overnight them to me. The overall second experience was awesome Thank you to Ramin and Anazao Health pharmacy for fast delivery.

Highly Recommend I am very pleased with Premium Health. They have walked me through every step of the way. They respond either right away or within a couple hours. Dr. M has been amazing at providing me the information for my medication and answering all my questions. Him and his team have made me happy I went with Premium Health. I highly recommend!
