We’ve emailed them several times regarding returning the dresses, but they have ignored all of our correspondence. It’s now been a month and we are not any closer to getting our money back. Please stay well away from this company! We have taken legal advice as we do not believe a company should be allowed to treat their customers in this way. Joy Betty, we will continue to tell everyone of your awful company until you give us our money back. Dress I love the dress. It is amazing and it looked exactly like it shown on the picture. I am really satisfied with my order. Also they have made some changes to the dress as I have requested with no extra cost and I love it, it's PERFECT and I can't wait to wear it to prom. Thank you

Dresses doesn't look like the picture… Dresses doesn't look like the picture when ordered... And return policy is just for the fun of it.. You cannot return the dress if it doesn't look like the picture ... Don't waist your money... Bad experience with them... Still fighting...dresses are really bad..

They have not kept to their stated policies. Ignored correspondance and deleted all the poor reviews to make themselves look good as a company. Dont waste your hard earned cash. Spend it elsewhere.

I don’t even want to give one star as I… I don’t even want to give one star as I don’t think this ‘company’ is worthy of it! I brought a wedding dress from Joybetty nearly a year ago.. had custom made too my size and paid extra. One it was way to big and two looked nothing like the photos the dress claims to look like, I then email and they said I send the dress back I would get a refund… paid 30 to send back but never received my refund… today I had a parcel turn up in my name so I took it in.. opened it and it was the dress that I sent back over a year ago.. with dirty marks over it not that it would make any difference. They have also took money from my bank for this dress. Why didn’t I get a refund it’s awful.
