USDifficult to tell what band you’re buying Site could be better about product details and pictures. At least for the Superbands. It can be hard to know what you’re actually getting.

USThe person I spoke with was very… The person I spoke with was very helpful. The only thing I would have liked was to see something on my receipt that shows I paid the bill. Only because I have to show my accounting dept. that it was paid and I just received a Sales Order showing the total. They get a little fussy when they don't see "paid" :) Have a great day!

USI thought the shipping fee was… I thought the shipping fee was excessive and the default should not automatically be to pick it up at your warehouse. It was a pretty bad online shipping experience.
