GBGreat Customer Service The website was very easy to navigate. I made a mistake when ordering and selected that I would pick up my item at the warehouse. Someone from the company reached out to make sure that was what I intended and corrected the mistake for me. I had my bands the very next day. Good customer service is hard to come by. Perform Better has it!

When I checked my email address I didn't receive the coupon. I did the virtual chat and the lady was very accommodating and gave me the coupon code. She made my experience very pleasurable.

GBI thought the shipping fee was… I thought the shipping fee was excessive and the default should not automatically be to pick it up at your warehouse. It was a pretty bad online shipping experience.
