When I checked my email address I didn't receive the coupon. I did the virtual chat and the lady was very accommodating and gave me the coupon code. She made my experience very pleasurable.

Good product, personal customer service First, I like the quality of the resistance bands, sturdy but not thick. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive an email inquiring about whether I wanted to pick up my order or have it mailed, and even mentioning the mailing charge. This was really helpful and beyond what I expected.

Great Customer Service The website was very easy to navigate. I made a mistake when ordering and selected that I would pick up my item at the warehouse. Someone from the company reached out to make sure that was what I intended and corrected the mistake for me. I had my bands the very next day. Good customer service is hard to come by. Fast and Easy Ordering My training coach recommended that I get Perform Better kettle bells and bands for my home. He sent me a link for me to order his recommendations. I clicked on them and was able to get what I needed very easily. My shipment arrived faster than I expected which was a nice surprise. In my package, I also received a Perform Better catalog.
