GBUnreliable system/ 60 drops Clean Slate not accurate First, I changed my form of payment when I got a new credit card (old one compromised). Your system confirmed acceptance of my new card, yet no shipment was indicated. Emailed you and was asked to re-enter my new credit card info. I got same email confirmation and shipping notice. I lost 15 days of taking Clean Slate and Zero In. This month’s shipment is sitting in NJ. Today is March 5, which means I will probably not get it for another 3 days minimum. Also, I religiously count the number of drops as indicated for consumption and today, March 5, (evening) I have about 5 drops left.

GBClean Slate For Life I use many products of The Root Brands. Clean Slate and Reno are by far, my favorite and will use for the rest of my life. I had a skin issue on my face and that has subsided significantly. I had issues with my shoulder and was close to getting surgery. FRNormalised sleep My son (15) is using Root to improve his sleeping pattern. He has been sleeping unusually long and would not wake up whatever we tried. We were at the end of improving his adhd issues with diet alone. His sleeping length has definitely decreased since we started Root about 2 months ago.

GBBill and Coo I purchased the Bill and Coo products for my dog and as much as I love the products themself the packaging was sub par. When removing the caps from the powder products (3 of them) there was no seal. I contacted customer service but they said it’s how they come. I have always been told if healthcare products are not sealed to not use them. Customer service gave no other explanation which I thought was flippant. I use many of your products and love them but this is unsatisfactory. I will not be reordering this product line. D. Mathison Update: Root Brands reached out to me and replaced the Bill & Coo shipment I initially received with apologies. Thank you for making this right. My dog will continue with Bill & Coo products now as I believe them to be superior to other dog supplements.

GBNeed better customer support and… Need better customer support and understanding before ordering. I have hundreds of dollars worth of product I cannot use because of allergies. :( I also became allergic to what used to work for me before. The pain has come back with a vengeance and I have no one to turn to. Really need to give prospective purchasers a LOT more information and find out what their individual needs are. I LOVED the people I spoke with and felt supported, but that waned when things didn't work out so well.
