GBNeed better customer support and… Need better customer support and understanding before ordering. I have hundreds of dollars worth of product I cannot use because of allergies. :( I also became allergic to what used to work for me before. The pain has come back with a vengeance and I have no one to turn to. Really need to give prospective purchasers a LOT more information and find out what their individual needs are. I LOVED the people I spoke with and felt supported, but that waned when things didn't work out so well.

CHhealth of people I think the information about the root products is great, as well as the channels where you can exchange ideas with other people. Then you have the opportunity to refinance the products and earn money on top of that. Order processing always went great for me. Thanks to everyone involved. I really like the company's philosophy. I'm happy to be a part of it.

GBBeen on supplements for a year, no complaints, noticeable improvements in quarterly Dr exams. Been on "Trinity" supplements for a year now starting the beginning of 2023. Don't know if related, lab results for quarterly Dr exams have improved according to my Dr. Question now, how long will I need to be on Trinity supplements? Also, some sort of discount code for regular purchases would be appreciated.

ATGood products and customer experience I´ve orderd from the root brands multiple times now. You got different payment options, even when you don't have a credit card available. Its simple to pay and the delivery is always fast and I didn't have any problems with delivery so far.

FRNormalised sleep My son (15) is using Root to improve his sleeping pattern. He has been sleeping unusually long and would not wake up whatever we tried. We were at the end of improving his adhd issues with diet alone. His sleeping length has definitely decreased since we started Root about 2 months ago.
