Need better customer support and… Need better customer support and understanding before ordering. I have hundreds of dollars worth of product I cannot use because of allergies. :( I also became allergic to what used to work for me before. The pain has come back with a vengeance and I have no one to turn to. Really need to give prospective purchasers a LOT more information and find out what their individual needs are. I LOVED the people I spoke with and felt supported, but that waned when things didn't work out so well.

We got to the ROOT cause of our health problems These products have saved mine and my Moms life! In Jan of 2023 my Mothers health declined from too many 💉💉💉 which caused a stroke! She started to cognitively decline with a BIMS score of 2 out of 15 in September 23’ prior to starting the trinity! Within 3 months of being on the trinity her BIMS score increased 5 points to a 7 out of 15! I’m also taking ALL the ROOT products and my menopause symptoms are GONE!

Bill and Coo I purchased the Bill and Coo products for my dog and as much as I love the products themself the packaging was sub par. When removing the caps from the powder products (3 of them) there was no seal. I contacted customer service but they said it’s how they come. I have always been told if healthcare products are not sealed to not use them. Customer service gave no other explanation which I thought was flippant. I use many of your products and love them but this is unsatisfactory. I will not be reordering this product line. D. Mathison Update: Root Brands reached out to me and replaced the Bill & Coo shipment I initially received with apologies. Thank you for making this right. My dog will continue with Bill & Coo products now as I believe them to be superior to other dog supplements.

health of people I think the information about the root products is great, as well as the channels where you can exchange ideas with other people. Then you have the opportunity to refinance the products and earn money on top of that. Order processing always went great for me. Thanks to everyone involved. I really like the company's philosophy. Been on supplements for a year, no complaints, noticeable improvements in quarterly Dr exams. Been on "Trinity" supplements for a year now starting the beginning of 2023. Don't know if related, lab results for quarterly Dr exams have improved according to my Dr. Question now, how long will I need to be on Trinity supplements? Also, some sort of discount code for regular purchases would be appreciated.
