Experience with epilepsy I've been taking CleanSlate and zeroin for some time. I have suffered from epilepsy since I was a child and have to take medication for it, but it makes me very tired. Normalised sleep My son (15) is using Root to improve his sleeping pattern. He has been sleeping unusually long and would not wake up whatever we tried.
