Delivery I’ve been ordering from Root last couple of years and never had problem with delivery.This time was different story.My parcel was stolen.I contact Root and exchange few emails with Violet.She was very professional and beyond helpful.I would like to say thank you once again for my new parcel which I received few days ago

Highly concentrated quality products This brand was recommended to us but not much info on website, a bit in the dark what these products are really for, I had to take a leap of faith. Turned out to be great products, definitely on expensive side but quality is important. I wouldn't mind trying others but info is scant, don't want to spend the money if it isn't something I need.

health of people I think the information about the root products is great, as well as the channels where you can exchange ideas with other people. Then you have the opportunity to refinance the products and earn money on top of that. Order processing always went great for me. Thanks to everyone involved. I really like the company's philosophy. I'm happy to be a part of it.

Need better customer support and… Need better customer support and understanding before ordering. I have hundreds of dollars worth of product I cannot use because of allergies. :( I also became allergic to what used to work for me before. The pain has come back with a vengeance and I have no one to turn to. Really need to give prospective purchasers a LOT more information and find out what their individual needs are. I LOVED the people I spoke with and felt supported, but that waned when things didn't work out so well.
