Been on supplements for a year, no complaints, noticeable improvements in quarterly Dr exams. Been on "Trinity" supplements for a year now starting the beginning of 2023. Don't know if related, lab results for quarterly Dr exams have improved according to my Dr. Question now, how long will I need to be on Trinity supplements? Normalised sleep My son (15) is using Root to improve his sleeping pattern. He has been sleeping unusually long and would not wake up whatever we tried. Experience with epilepsy I've been taking CleanSlate and zeroin for some time. I have suffered from epilepsy since I was a child and have to take medication for it, but it makes me very tired.
