Normalised sleep My son (15) is using Root to improve his sleeping pattern. He has been sleeping unusually long and would not wake up whatever we tried. Been on supplements for a year, no complaints, noticeable improvements in quarterly Dr exams. Been on "Trinity" supplements for a year now starting the beginning of 2023. Don't know if related, lab results for quarterly Dr exams have improved according to my Dr. Question now, how long will I need to be on Trinity supplements?
