Bill and Coo I purchased the Bill and Coo products for my dog and as much as I love the products themself the packaging was sub par. When removing the caps from the powder products (3 of them) there was no seal. I contacted customer service but they said it’s how they come. I have always been told if healthcare products are not sealed to not use them. Customer service gave no other explanation which I thought was flippant. I use many of your products and love them but this is unsatisfactory. I will not be reordering this product line. D. Mathison Update: Root Brands reached out to me and replaced the Bill & Coo shipment I initially received with apologies. Thank you for making this right. My dog will continue with Bill & Coo products now as I believe them to be superior to other dog supplements.

Experience with epilepsy I've been taking CleanSlate and zeroin for some time. I have suffered from epilepsy since I was a child and have to take medication for it, but it makes me very tired. I take the products in the morning because they quickly get me out of my tiredness and clear my head. I no longer take medication and am still seizure-free. That tingling sensation in the head before the attack occurred no longer occurs at all. Thank you for these great products

Highly concentrated quality products This brand was recommended to us but not much info on website, a bit in the dark what these products are really for, I had to take a leap of faith. Turned out to be great products, definitely on expensive side but quality is important. I wouldn't mind trying others but info is scant, don't want to spend the money if it isn't something I need.

I appreciate the openness about the pratical challenges of the company that is also shared so that one becomes aware of what it s all about. I also hope the prices of products will drop and that the products continue to be produced with the highest quality and integrity. I hope that on the website the AI translations will become more accurate , for instance in Italian language. The customer service is also good.
