Need better customer support and… Need better customer support and understanding before ordering. I have hundreds of dollars worth of product I cannot use because of allergies. :( I also became allergic to what used to work for me before. The pain has come back with a vengeance and I have no one to turn to. Really need to give prospective purchasers a LOT more information and find out what their individual needs are. I LOVED the people I spoke with and felt supported, but that waned when things didn't work out so well.

I tolerate everything very well, it has the promised effect and more! My body cleanses itself on all levels. A physical symptom occurs, emotions and corresponding experiences appear in the mind's eye and it is processed and concluded on all levels. It works very well for me and my quality of life improves and I develop spiritually. I also have better sleep, vitality, intuition, my thoughts are lighter and friendlier. Highly concentrated quality products This brand was recommended to us but not much info on website, a bit in the dark what these products are really for, I had to take a leap of faith. Turned out to be great products, definitely on expensive side but quality is important. I wouldn't mind trying others but info is scant, don't want to spend the money if it isn't something I need.

Bill and Coo I purchased the Bill and Coo products for my dog and as much as I love the products themself the packaging was sub par. When removing the caps from the powder products (3 of them) there was no seal. I contacted customer service but they said it’s how they come. I have always been told if healthcare products are not sealed to not use them. Customer service gave no other explanation which I thought was flippant. I use many of your products and love them but this is unsatisfactory. I will not be reordering this product line. D. Mathison Update: Root Brands reached out to me and replaced the Bill & Coo shipment I initially received with apologies. Thank you for making this right. My dog will continue with Bill & Coo products now as I believe them to be superior to other dog supplements.

Clean Slate For Life I use many products of The Root Brands. Clean Slate and Reno are by far, my favorite and will use for the rest of my life. I had a skin issue on my face and that has subsided significantly. I had issues with my shoulder and was close to getting surgery. Along with Native traditions; Clean Slate has reduced my pain down by 90%. I’ve been using CS for 2 years exact and approximately 6 months with Reno. Thank you, Dr. Rahm for being such an amazing person for so many of us.
