GBItem ordered was apparently not in… Item ordered was apparently not in stock and I had to wait 4 weeks for the delivery from the manufacturer. Tracking was unavailable the whole time. Company should update their stock numbers more accurately so their customers are aware that an item is out of stock.

GBGate lock I purchased a lock for our gate. After a lot of searching I found a lock on hardware source That required minimal drilling to my gate. It was easy to install and works perfectly. Hardware source website is easy to navigate, and my purchase arrived very quickly with no issues. Will definitely shop hardware stores again.

GBOne on one interaction is very helpful One on one interaction is very helpful; I would suggest for every order to assign an agent in the event a customer has a question. Customer service will ensure your customers come back. I am willing to pay more for that one on one because in the end, if I get exactly what I need then it can actually save me money.
