I needed a hinge that had been discontinued; Rashad had me email him pictures of the hinge and promptly found a replacement. I informed Mr. Russell that he provided probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Professional, helpful, and friendly - he seriously deserves credit (and/or a raise!).
