First time buyer First time buyer. Bought hinges that I needed help picking out. With great customer service over the phone and internet I was able to buy what I needed.

Your company is the only source we… Your company is the only source we found for the particular style of cabinet hinges we needed. We had to replace the 80 year old hinges due to too many paint overs-they just wouldn’t come clean. Thank you for the prompt service as well.

Just what we needed! We were so thrilled to find these hinges in the right size and color. We only needed 1. But some companies only sell in bulk. After buying 2 different hinges from others, Hardware Source had the right size and color we needed. It was shipped quickly and our cabinet door is as good as new. We also have a spare hinge just in case!

Excellent customer service Mr. Rashad Russell went above and beyond with his customer service. I needed a hinge that had been discontinued; Rashad had me email him pictures of the hinge and promptly found a replacement. I informed Mr. Russell that he provided probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Professional, helpful, and friendly - he seriously deserves credit (and/or a raise!). The hinge ended up being a perfect fit. I will definitely be recommending your company, and telling folks to ask for Rashad.
