Excellent customer service Mr. Rashad Russell went above and beyond with his customer service. I needed a hinge that had been discontinued; Rashad had me email him pictures of the hinge and promptly found a replacement. I informed Mr. Russell that he provided probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Professional, helpful, and friendly - he seriously deserves credit (and/or a raise!). The hinge ended up being a perfect fit. I will definitely be recommending your company, and telling folks to ask for Rashad.

Great selection and prices We're in the middle of redoing our guest bath and luckily the hubby not only is a plumber but he also makes furniture etc. Thus a custom built mirrored cabinet was in order but try to find the right hinges for our design; luckily Hardware Source had just what we needed when no one else did. Item ordered was apparently not in… Item ordered was apparently not in stock and I had to wait 4 weeks for the delivery from the manufacturer. Tracking was unavailable the whole time. Company should update their stock numbers more accurately so their customers are aware that an item is out of stock.
