Replace four aluminum frame/single pane windows We replaced four, aluminum frame/single pane windows in our 1973 condo. Two were 4' x 6'. The trimmable stucco flange was critical - using an oscillating tool removed 1/4" from the top/bottom and 9/16" from the side flange (used the old frame as a template). Perfect fit inside the existing exterior trim (which we could not alter). Great service, quality, delivery, and support. For a cost of 1.16% of the purchase price (condo purchased in 08/2021) - a huge improvement in performance and appearance. As these were sliders - removed the sliding glass which lighten the window by 1/2. Very satisfied and much better than the replacement windows that were done by professionals just two condos north of ours. Just measure carefully - and you will get a perfect fit. A little caulk and you are good to go.
