Great experience Derek and Sandra were both incredibly helpful throughout the process. We bought six windows and all fit perfectly. They are such an upgrade from our previous windows. Our winter was epic here in Lake Tahoe and they performed amazingly.

I’m not happy camper about it since I… I’m not happy camper about it since I ordered last month ( February ) and I asked for construction window but I got replacement window smh I did called them and asked for refund but they said it cannot refund so they’re going to sending me another one for free cuz it’s wrong kind !!! I haven’t heard from them since 2 weeks now . That why I gave one star for that and I won’t order more windows from them .

Replace four aluminum frame/single pane windows We replaced four, aluminum frame/single pane windows in our 1973 condo. Two were 4' x 6'. The trimmable stucco flange was critical - using an oscillating tool removed 1/4" from the top/bottom and 9/16" from the side flange (used the old frame as a template). Perfect fit inside the existing exterior trim (which we could not alter). Great service, quality, delivery, and support. For a cost of 1.16% of the purchase price (condo purchased in 08/2021) - a huge improvement in performance and appearance. As these were sliders - removed the sliding glass which lighten the window by 1/2. Very satisfied and much better than the replacement windows that were done by professionals just two condos north of ours. Just measure carefully - and you will get a perfect fit. A little caulk and you are good to go.

The team followed up with us directly on our measurements and design choices, making sure that our order would be just right. Later, we received another call suggesting that our window selection might be too difficult to open, given the size and weight. What a thoughtful recommendation! Great customer service I'm super happy the rep contacted me to confirm my needs. I wound up ordering exactly what I needed and saved money by talking about the project. The windows are in and absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely order the rest of the house windows through these guys. Pros: high quality, money savings, energy efficient. Cons: pick up a bit sketchy as several people didn't know what i was picking up. Recommend: yes but be patient. They're worth it.
