The site and support can be be more helpful with complete and more detailed explanation for installation. I was sold more thermofil than needed and they would not allow refund. I still have 5 extra bags and no use.

GBI really love my turf and so does my… I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!
