Wrong Length and Resolution Raul was great to work with when ordering, but We were sent one piece that was significantly short. My first review was not good, but after a few phone calls and emails, Jessie resolved this issue beautifully, and they are sending our replacement piece. Jessie was patient, caring and understanding to our issues. We are very happy with how this was resolved, and we love the quality of this turf. We purchased 80t.
