Impressive Company, Quality Product Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction. To nobody’s fault in particular, there was an issue with our initial order, but it was very quickly and very generously made right. If the need arises again for artificial turf, we will be returning to ATS without a doubt. Shout out to the owner who jumped on a call personally and made sure we were completely happy with the end result. We love it.

Jadon Wilson came out to our house and… Jadon Wilson came out to our house and looked over the backyard and worked with both my husband and I with recommendations on what would look best and meet our needs. We received pictures of what it would look like with quotes in no time at all. Jadon and his crew came out and in one day Dante and his team had the old grass taken out, and the new turf down and the putting green put in and ready for the lights. They worked all day until 6:30 that night to get it all done and cleaned it all up. The next day, they came out and installed all the lights and transformer. Jason was fantastic. He always got back with us immediately to answer any questions we might have. We highly recommend Turf Monsters. Their service is the best with outstanding professionalism. I really love my turf and so does my… I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!

Wrong Length and Resolution Raul was great to work with when ordering, but We were sent one piece that was significantly short. My first review was not good, but after a few phone calls and emails, Jessie resolved this issue beautifully, and they are sending our replacement piece. Jessie was patient, caring and understanding to our issues. We are very happy with how this was resolved, and we love the quality of this turf. We purchased 80t. It is thick and soft, and beautiful around our pool area. We would highly recommend this company.
