We received pictures of what it would look like with quotes in no time at all. Jadon and his crew came out and in one day Dante and his team had the old grass taken out, and the new turf down and the putting green put in and ready for the lights. They worked all day until 6:30 that night to get it all done and cleaned it all up. The next day, they came out and installed all the lights and transformer. Jason was fantastic. Wrong Length and Resolution Raul was great to work with when ordering, but We were sent one piece that was significantly short. My first review was not good, but after a few phone calls and emails, Jessie resolved this issue beautifully, and they are sending our replacement piece. Jessie was patient, caring and understanding to our issues. We are very happy with how this was resolved, and we love the quality of this turf. We purchased 80t. It is thick and soft, and beautiful around our pool area. We would highly recommend this company.
