GBThe sales people on the phone and… The sales people on the phone and online support very good for the purchase! The site and support can be be more helpful with complete and more detailed explanation for installation. I was sold more thermofil than needed and they would not allow refund. I still have 5 extra bags and no use.

GBI really love my turf and so does my… I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!
