GBI really love my turf and so does my… I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!

GBExcellent quality product. Excellent quality product. Chris Batchelor was very helpful, by providing information, samples, and follow up to help me make my decision. All without a bunch of high-pressure sales pitches. I opted for the 80TS turf with Eco-Fil. It solved a huge problem with our muddy dog kennel and is a welcome addition to our property.
