The site and support can be be more helpful with complete and more detailed explanation for installation. I was sold more thermofil than needed and they would not allow refund. I still have 5 extra bags and no use.

GBWrong Length and Resolution Raul was great to work with when ordering, but We were sent one piece that was significantly short. My first review was not good, but after a few phone calls and emails, Jessie resolved this issue beautifully, and they are sending our replacement piece. Jessie was patient, caring and understanding to our issues. We are very happy with how this was resolved, and we love the quality of this turf. We purchased 80t. It is thick and soft, and beautiful around our pool area. We would highly recommend this company.
