Beach House Turf Project After storm surge flooding killed our St. Augustine turf grass for the second time, we decided to explore artificial turf options. After receiving several quotes, we met with our selected Installer (LCSS) onsite on Tue afternoon, Yony clearly explained everything that would happen in the process and answered all of our questions about the product and warranties. Once we agreed with the proposal, the 500sf project kicked off on Fri morning and was wrapped up before dark on Sat. The workmanship and cleanliness of the site exceeded our expectations. The best there is I couldn't be happier with this company and product! I worked with Jamieson Curry who recommended the perfect turf variety for our specific application and was there every step of the way to answer any questions we had. He connected us with a top notch installer who did a fantastic job. This was for a daycare and it transformed the backyard playspace to have a pop of vivid green and give a more upscale look

The sales people on the phone and… The sales people on the phone and online support very good for the purchase! The site and support can be be more helpful with complete and more detailed explanation for installation. I was sold more thermofil than needed and they would not allow refund. I still have 5 extra bags and no use.

I really love my turf and so does my… I really love my turf and so does my dog. The only thing constructive that I would say about the company is in the shipping and delivery aspect of the purchase. The turf is very heavy and the company they use for shipping only delivers to a degree. They expect the consumer to unload turf. That is not always possible depending on the size of the order. So maybe my suggestion would be is to find a shipping company who can deliver to the residential buyer all the way to their door...unloading and all. Otherwise, everything was great!
