After receiving several quotes, we met with our selected Installer (LCSS) onsite on Tue afternoon, Yony clearly explained everything that would happen in the process and answered all of our questions about the product and warranties. Once we agreed with the proposal, the 500sf project kicked off on Fri morning and was wrapped up before dark on Sat. The workmanship and cleanliness of the site exceeded our expectations. Impressive Company, Quality Product Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction. To nobody’s fault in particular, there was an issue with our initial order, but it was very quickly and very generously made right. If the need arises again for artificial turf, we will be returning to ATS without a doubt. Wrong Length and Resolution Raul was great to work with when ordering, but We were sent one piece that was significantly short. My first review was not good, but after a few phone calls and emails, Jessie resolved this issue beautifully, and they are sending our replacement piece. Jessie was patient, caring and understanding to our issues. We are very happy with how this was resolved, and we love the quality of this turf. We purchased 80t. It is thick and soft, and beautiful around our pool area. We would highly recommend this company.
