I really like the product I really like the product, was a little disappointed when I ordered 4 glasses with decanter for a retirement party & only recieved 2. They sent out what was missing, but unfortunately the turnaround time was too long & I did not have all 4 glasses for the occasion, other than that it was a really nice gift to give.

The shipping box was flimsy and the… The shipping box was flimsy and the outer box was broken in several places I am waiting for a replacement box. Then I will hopefully have a better review.

Everything was absolutely perfect Everything was absolutely perfect! The only minor problem I saw was the hinges and latches on the wooden box were a little two small for the weight of the lid. But the artwork on the glasses and decanter were absolutely flawless! 100% recommended to anyone looking for a decanter/glass set.

I not happy with the experience for the… I not happy with the experience for the simple fact that what you say is not what you deliver I ordered the package two weeks before it was due paid for an express delivery and still haven’t received. It got confirmation on Father’s Day that it would be delivered that week by the 26th of the month and by paying express, I was supposed to get it in 6 to 8 days the only way to contact your company is by email which is unprofessional. I received the wrong package very upset ( Sorry Dean I received your package).

Useless 3 times you have asked me to review and 3 times I have told you I still never received it as mentioned if I do not receive it by 23rd of August I want a full refund.
