Do not use I ordered an item at the start of December which has not been recieved. Several emails have been sent and chats tried to be started on the Web page but no response recieved. Extremely disappointed as money has been taken from my account but no product nor update. Would not recommend.

The gift is a no show almost one month later I placed an order (gift for someone) over 3 weeks ago. I received plenty of sales support, but nothing since then. The company is based out of Boulder, Colorado. What you don’t see without reading the fine print, is the items ship from Singapore. The package i bought made it to the US. California then went to Arizona when it should have gone north to Washington. It has been sitting in AZ now for 4 days. I have reached out to the company and no response from them after 2 emails.’ Nobody answers the phone. I will update this review as this process continues. I am disappointed at this time.

Customer service is a joke with this… Customer service is a joke with this company. Like so many others the item i waited months for came broken. After send the pictures and everything else required I’m still waiting 6 MONTHS LATER!!! This was a complete waste of time and money.
