I never received the product—no… I never received the product—no communication from their customer service department. The phone number provided doesn't work and is listed on several businesses. Appears to be a burner phone number. Do NOT buy from this seller!

I ordered a set with a specific name I ordered a set with a specific name, and the wrong name was sent. I contacted support and they said they would send me another set because of the error. The new set arrived with the correct name and the recipient of the gift LOVED IT! Thank you for the awesome customer service. Highly recommend this product!

I not happy with the experience for the… I not happy with the experience for the simple fact that what you say is not what you deliver I ordered the package two weeks before it was due paid for an express delivery and still haven’t received. It got confirmation on Father’s Day that it would be delivered that week by the 26th of the month and by paying express, I was supposed to get it in 6 to 8 days the only way to contact your company is by email which is unprofessional. I received the wrong package very upset ( Sorry Dean I received your package).
