Hassle free order process Hassle free order process. Good quality slabs arrived promptly and with a courtesy call from the customer service team. Couldn't be happier and would recommend.

5*, could not recommend enough We purchased the Raj Green Indian Sandstone flags. They are absolutely beautiful and were over 20% cheaper than all of the builders merchants we had visited locally (even with my husbands merchant discount). We had an issue with the courier (no fault of Pave Directs) and they took longer than we would have liked to arrive, but I phoned Pave Direct who called the courier and got this sorted immediately for same day delivery.

Great prices and service. I made a small order for Rompox pointing material. I had an email receipt for my payment but not for the order. However, I dropped them a note and got a very quick response to say the order had been processed and delivery was due. Sure enough, it arrived that day. Great product, excellent price, rapid delivery. Recommended.

no info to let us know that order was… no info to let us know that order was bieng delivered

First class service, first class product. I’ve been really impressed by pave direct. You're always slightly sceptical when buying from a company you've never bought from before but the experience has been first class. Ordered the very competitively priced slabs, a couple of days later Vic called to confirm delivery. The delivery driver was extremely helpful. Unfortunately a couple of slabs were broken, so contacted Pave Direct who've organised the replacements. The paving slabs are excellent and much better than the photos. First class service, first class product.
