Bill Knight was very helpful in working… Bill Knight was very helpful in working with me to obtain all the information on my 2 seal failures. Once he received the info he communicated with Weathshield to get them to complete the warranty on the 2 pieces of glass. He then continue to communicate with me on status and as of today I have the pieces of glass to be installed at my house.
