doorwins delivered a great sturdy… doorwins delivered a great sturdy product which was a perfect frame fit, the gap was minimal and the profile is top class, we went for 17 units in all with most being aluminium sliding windows and french style front and patio doors. I would recommend them and use them again in the near future

doorwins aluminium was never pushy sales doorwins aluminium was welcoming and very helpful from start, the one thing i liked was zero pushy sales tactics, they measured our home and left us with an exact quote and let us get back to them. Almost 3 months later we have had our doors and windows all fully replaced for new ones and i would recommend them to everyone that requires replacement of windows and doors

Avi was excellent at looking over and helping in changing the drawings and plans and gave us many choices to choose from. Our builders also liked that the set backs were minor and fixable on the spot so kept the whole project within our budget and time frame. Will use again for aluminium glazing

Dirty Glazing Poor Communication Really bad experience with this company, paid over £8000 for patio doors and windows. The installation was rushed and had to redone due to leaking rooflights and crumbling mortar. Most of the glazing units have marks on the glass and although the company agreed to change these..... the replacement units then arrived with streaks and marks on the inside of the unit and were taken away four weeks ago. Since then they have not returned! Very poor communication and bad experience causing a lot of stress. Every time the sun shines all you can see are marks across the new windows and doors :( We are now considering paying a local glaziers to provide new glazing as we cant contact this company. AVOID

Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD, They straight up lied to me from day one, the windows arrived 3 months late, and some of them were single not double glazed (he refused to change them). His fitters ruined my new carpets which I had to pay to get cleaned. He is not FENZA certified, which he lied to me about, and I took multiple days off work when he told me they would fit the windows but they never turned up. These guys are cowboy middle men who order windows from a supplier and don't make them like they tell you they do. I had to pay £4000 to another tradesman to get the windows pointed and all the architraves sorted, and even painted, yes they fitted unpainted windows and told me that's how they come and I'd have to pay extra to have the timber ones painted. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. I'm currently talking to FENZA about the company that issued the certificate which I'd never heard of and I'm taking legal action.
