2 days before xmas emergency supply and fit For the past four years, my team has been using doorwins group companies in Greater London, Buckinghamshire and other surrounding areas, and I want to be as honest as possible. In the past, there have been some bad times, such as when Corona hit, all supplies were put on hold, and recently, the snow just slowed our entire project down due to windows and doors deliveries. However, we have never experienced a refund or resupply issue, nor have we worried about quality or final delivery.

Poor and unreliability I have ordered and paid for 3 windows and 1 French door. Following a long delay and several delivery dates that never occurred, the company promised the date of delivery and installation. The windows and French have never been installed. The company set a date, believing the installation will be done, it did not happen at all. I have therefore requested a full refund due to the poor service and unreliability of this company.

They supplied all the units on time and then towards the last few units gave us a helping hand with finalising and finishings as the project was on a deadline and many of the windows and doors were bespoke designs so specialists were required. Would use again in a heart beat

Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD Doorwins referred me to VERGLASUNG LTD, They straight up lied to me from day one, the windows arrived 3 months late, and some of them were single not double glazed (he refused to change them). His fitters ruined my new carpets which I had to pay to get cleaned. He is not FENZA certified, which he lied to me about, and I took multiple days off work when he told me they would fit the windows but they never turned up. These guys are cowboy middle men who order windows from a supplier and don't make them like they tell you they do. I had to pay £4000 to another tradesman to get the windows pointed and all the architraves sorted, and even painted, yes they fitted unpainted windows and told me that's how they come and I'd have to pay extra to have the timber ones painted. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. I'm currently talking to FENZA about the company that issued the certificate which I'd never heard of and I'm taking legal action.

Doorwins are Genuinely a very good company to go for Genuinely a good company to go for if you have a dire need or future need for windows and doors or roof lanterns. James is awesome and helps out in every way , gets things done that most could not is all I will say, he’s a star. The United that we actually bought were 2 x bifold doors (4 pane and 6 pane) 1 x Sliding style heavy aluminium 13 x casement and sliding sideways windows So no small order that wasn’t pushed or tested to limits such as lead times and replacement glass , not everything was accounted for on the first delivery but those items were with us the very next day, no hesitation or excuses
