Above Excellent From the instructional videos, the program info, meal plan and workouts, the Facebook groups, video Q&A's, even their quick email response times, the FMP Team works from an above-excellence standard! I've been so impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. This is a down-to-earth program where Inspiration meets Real World people and bridges the gap. I've been most impressed by and appreciated the high level of support they offer and infuse in every nook and cranny. So grateful I've found this program and have them to walk alongside on this health journey.

Overall Overall, the page was good. What confused me was the cost of the program showed 100's and 1,000's of dollars and I don't recall seeing the membership. I had to email Fit Mother to understand how it worked.

Game Changer This program is a game changer! Dr. A. incorporates the holistic approach to overall health and fitness. There is no other program out there like it. And believe me I’ve tried many of them. The personal care, support and accountability by others who’ve gone through the same struggles and have overcome is inspirational. I had an in-betwween experience with… I had an in-betwween experience with FitMotherProject.com. Nothing bad, nothing overly impressive either. Mediocre in all apects. Prices were middle of the road and their features were pretty typical. Nither their delivrey nor their custumer servicesenthuse me. All in all, fair. For those looking for an avarage experience this is the place to go, but do not expect to be blown away by excetional services.
