It did not work for me It did not work for me, upset my stomach, and seemed to worsen my BP. Plus, it's pretty expensive. If I were to do it over again, I'd look for less expensive options first and not purchase in bulk to try to save money. On the positive side, the shipment arrived when expected.

The bloating has gone and so have a few inches as I can comfortably fit into clothes that didn’t previously button up! One of the first things I now reach for each morning with breakfast.
