My order has been 3 weeks delayed and… My order has been 3 weeks delayed and no signs òf when it will arrives. this site is advertising on Amazon they have 3 available, I can not use my garage until I get the logic board for my opner. And above all neither amazon nor this business provides me with a vehicle to cancel and get my refund , so that I can buy it elsewhere .

Unethical and unreasonable stay away! I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am not stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them.

Just horrific service Just horrific service. From the "About Us" section of their website: "All online purchases are shipped in one business day because we understand that when you make a purchase you want your items as soon as possible." I ordered my part Sunday afternoon at around 4:30 PST. According to whoever wrote their "About Us" page it should have been shipped by Tuesday. It finally was received by the Post Office Friday night and made it to me sometime Monday. A full eight days after I placed the order. But wait, there's more. When I got my order the grease tube inside had burst and got grease all over the parts inside. Everything had to be cleaned up before I could do the repair. I took pictures because I thought they'd want to know that either the part left their facility that way, or it got damaged in transit. Instead of so much as a "thanks for letting us know", I got a snarky "We can have our processing team replace the grease", as if not having the grease was the problem. These guys should be forbidden from using the word "Professional" in their name; they are not worthy of it. You will be better off buying from craigslist, or a swap meet.

This 70-year-old single technically… This 70-year-old single technically challenged woman managed to install and get this thing to work in about an hour. The important thing is to get a tall ladder so you can see the program button on your opener. Then just follow the second set of instructions and presto! it works
