UScredit card fraud I had an experience similar to earlier reviewer Steve Cody's. Some time after placing an order on 365GarageDoorParts.net using a credit card, a fraudulent charge appeared on that credit card. The details of the fraudulent charge included 365GarageDoorParts.net. It appears 365GarageDoorParts.net may be involved in credit card fraud.

USUnethical and unreasonable stay away! I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am not stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them.

USOrdered a Homelink Repeater Kit thru Walmart Ordered garage door parts through Walmart.com, which was shipped by 365 Garage Door Parts. Was told I would receive it on November 21st and received it on November 12th. Very excellent service, very good packaging. Thank you 365GDP!!

USIf I could leave it zero stars I would If I could leave it zero stars I would, received an email with the expected shipping date and arrival date, and a week later it still hasn't shipped. Very misleading! I contacted them and was told they were over loaded with orders and that it would ship within 3-11 business days. I just could have paid a few extra bucks and got them from Menards. I have a Halloween event That will have to be cancelled

USProduct was misrepresented and labeled incorrectly bought a controller from these people that was advertised to fit my application. It was labeled to fit all lift master does 315 MHz. When I received it would not work. Called a dealer in my area and was told this would not work and to return it. Spoke with 365 Garagedoorparts and they offered an apology for the misunderstanding. I returned the item and paid the return shipping. To top it off they deducted a 10% restocking fee to boot. Not a good experience, will never buy from them again!!!
