Ordered product online Ordered product online. A week had gone by and no notification regarding status. Reached out to learn order was not processed internally due to order being flagged as fraudulent. It would have been nice to have heard from someone rather than having to ask myself what the issue was.

I had an avarage experience with… I had an avarage experience with injoyextracts.com. It was quite alright but nothing more. They offered a decent selection of products and the checkout process was straightforward. Nothin specail to mention about customer service either, thay were polite and helpful as expected. Prices were average to be fair. All in all, a ok experince but not exceptional in any way. I wouldn't go out of my way to recomend it, but it's deifently worth considering.

I ordered from Injoy Extracts I ordered from Injoy Extracts, they accidentally sent the wrong product. I emailed them. They responded within a few hours. They immediately shipped what I had ordered and I received it within about 48 hours. Great customer service! We love their products! Great quality and great taste! I've tried several different companies and i have found that we can't do better than Injoy Extracts!
