Reached out to learn order was not processed internally due to order being flagged as fraudulent. It would have been nice to have heard from someone rather than having to ask myself what the issue was.

I ordered from Injoy Extracts I ordered from Injoy Extracts, they accidentally sent the wrong product. I emailed them. They responded within a few hours. They immediately shipped what I had ordered and I received it within about 48 hours. Great customer service! We love their products! Great quality and great taste! I've tried several different companies and i have found that we can't do better than Injoy Extracts!

I got exactly what I ordered with quick… I got exactly what I ordered with quick delivery one item was not sent with original order, but I sent email to company and they sent it the next day!! Great customer service I will buy from the company again. Responded to my email in less than 24hrs.
