GBNew meal type with flavor! I've tried 3-4 other meal replacement shakes and they were okay. When I tried CTRL they're really tasty with milk OR water. What I really like is that there's some fiber in there as well. It really helps when I'm rushing out the door to my work and then I can have a quick snack during work too!
