New meal type with flavor! I've tried 3-4 other meal replacement shakes and they were okay. When I tried CTRL they're really tasty with milk OR water. What I really like is that there's some fiber in there as well. It really helps when I'm rushing out the door to my work and then I can have a quick snack during work too!

I got 5 different things to try and I'm already building a cart for another order. Top is easily the Magic Charm bars, those are a must. Great taste and texture, filling and packed with useful ingredients. I had major surgery and recover will take some time so having a meal bar like this that I can count on is a huge help. Side not, keep up on your preventative screenings if you have the option. A do at home mail-away poop swipe test can prevent bigger concerns in the future. Also, eat better. Peace out

The hype is real; thanks Settled! These are meal shakes I'm actually happy to drink because of the flavor. I'm not dreading my diet and could get a good meal in a matter of literal minutes. Also, the magic charm bars are to die for! Only heard about this from Settled, and he convinced me 100%, give him a raise

Tastes off This product has a very distinct and gross aftertaste, almost chemically? I ordered the cookies and cream and i am very disappointed in the flavour. At the price i thought it would be a great product, no bueno.

Protein Cookies - As Advertised I ordered a box of protein cookies, interested to see how they measured up. They're quite good for what they are. Finding high calorie snacks that aren't full of fillers or simple carbs is difficult, but these cookies do deliver in that way. They are quite crumbly which is the only thing I don't particularly like.
