Short and sweet I'm 44 and an army veteran who has been searching high and low for a real-deal meal replacement! CTRL is it! My favorite experience is the shakes-specifically the "Fruity Flakes" and "Cocoa Crunch" shakes, I mean wow! The flavors are so rich and it's just fun to make and drink! Thank you!!!!!!

New meal type with flavor! I've tried 3-4 other meal replacement shakes and they were okay. When I tried CTRL they're really tasty with milk OR water. What I really like is that there's some fiber in there as well. It really helps when I'm rushing out the door to my work and then I can have a quick snack during work too!

I really wanted to like these peanut… I really wanted to like these peanut butter protein cookies but I struggled to eat them. I mean it with all respect but they need to be reformulated.

Tasty Shake I mixed the Cookies N' Cream with 16 oz of Almond vanilla milk and it produced a very flavorful drink with a little bit of thickness like a real shake. Definitely will buy this again.

Protein Cookies - As Advertised I ordered a box of protein cookies, interested to see how they measured up. They're quite good for what they are. Finding high calorie snacks that aren't full of fillers or simple carbs is difficult, but these cookies do deliver in that way. They are quite crumbly which is the only thing I don't particularly like.
