The hype is real; thanks Settled! These are meal shakes I'm actually happy to drink because of the flavor. I'm not dreading my diet and could get a good meal in a matter of literal minutes. Also, the magic charm bars are to die for! Only heard about this from Settled, and he convinced me 100%, give him a raise

Better with almond milk it tastes fine with water and normal milk but when drink with almond milk, it tastes great

Short and sweet I'm 44 and an army veteran who has been searching high and low for a real-deal meal replacement! CTRL is it!
