New meal type with flavor! I've tried 3-4 other meal replacement shakes and they were okay. When I tried CTRL they're really tasty with milk OR water. What I really like is that there's some fiber in there as well. It really helps when I'm rushing out the door to my work and then I can have a quick snack during work too!

Taste great! Overall, very happy Very happy with the taste. While it's not a complete meal replacement (maybe I need to try it more), it's certainly filling for a few hours. Will order more in future!

Tasty Shake I mixed the Cookies N' Cream with 16 oz of Almond vanilla milk and it produced a very flavorful drink with a little bit of thickness like a real shake. Definitely will buy this again.

I really wanted to like these peanut… I really wanted to like these peanut butter protein cookies but I struggled to eat them. I mean it with all respect but they need to be reformulated.
