Convenient! The website is easy to navigate, orders are filled and shipped quickly, and the prices are better than other online sites. I love the convenience of ordering at any time from any place and having it shipped right to my door.

Great company I’ve been using Valhalla about 8 mos. Tirzepatide. I believe they have best prices out there. They grew very fast, but I’ve had no issues when I text an issue or reach out, someone always gets back to pretty quickly. I’ve been really happy with this company!

Update to original post: Poor follow up and follow through UPDATE: Customer Service did follow up and expedited my order. I have received the product. My recommendation would be to do your own follow up as the texting service is automated. Poor follow up and follow through. I have been waiting on my prescription for 3 weeks and have not yet received. The pharmacy is now saying they do not have my order even though I have been told that the order was processed. I am VERY frustrated that I cant speak with a live person. There is only an automated text messaging service. I NEED to speak with someone as I have spent over $600.00 with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my initial experience with this company.

I used to recommend this place I used to recommend this place. They are impossible to get in touch with. They only text with you and don’t have a live person to contact. The rewards points are a complete rip off! You can’t use them and when you try they say they can’t apply them, it’s bait and switch bullsh*t. Once my last order is filled I will cancel the services.

I was very happy with my PA… I was very happy with my PA consultation. My only complaint is your website. Don’t know how to find my account and when your signed in it doesn’t show your doses or any info pertaining to me. You don’t have an app so figuring out how to get info about your prescription is just not there.
