GBI was very happy with my PA… I was very happy with my PA consultation. My only complaint is your website. Don’t know how to find my account and when your signed in it doesn’t show your doses or any info pertaining to me. You don’t have an app so figuring out how to get info about your prescription is just not there.

GBI have been satisfied with Valahalla I have been satisfied with Valahalla. I am losing slowly with tirzepitide, at 67 and titanium hips, femur rods and knees, I am limited to walking, and that is helpful. I get discouraged seeing so many losing much more. But I hope to stick with it. Financially it is becoming a bit difficult. I also think it would be nice if providers reached out to us occasionally. I know it is a very busy program, and I can text and get answers if I have questions, but it would be nice to connect for some encouragement. Thank you!

GBI have had a great experience with VV I have had a great experience with VV. From the consult, to the customer services, ordering, pricing, shipping etc. I am very happy with my choice! My only complaint would be that I did not keep the text with the dosage information on it because I didn't realize I would need it. I received my medication and the medication packaging was wet from the cold packs in the shipping therefore it was hard to read. I was not confident in how I was reading it so I wish my information was on my Client Portal on the website so that I could reference dosage and titration scheduling. Other than that, I am loving VV and enjoying this process. :)
