GBUpdate to original post: Poor follow up and follow through UPDATE: Customer Service did follow up and expedited my order. I have received the product. My recommendation would be to do your own follow up as the texting service is automated. Poor follow up and follow through. I have been waiting on my prescription for 3 weeks and have not yet received. The pharmacy is now saying they do not have my order even though I have been told that the order was processed. I am VERY frustrated that I cant speak with a live person. There is only an automated text messaging service. I NEED to speak with someone as I have spent over $600.00 with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my initial experience with this company.

GBGood offering but complex processes Overall experience has been positive. Deducting one star for slow response times from support (no phone number) and prescription approval renewals (have had to follow up on pending items to see them completed). The process of intake, labs, telehealth, orders, and support are not intuitive and take place across several different platforms. Confusing to say the least. That being said, I do trust that the product is high quality and I'm seeing results. I am happy I found them and now that I understand the process working with them has been smooth.

GBGreat company I’ve been using Valhalla about 8 mos. Tirzepatide. I believe they have best prices out there. They grew very fast, but I’ve had no issues when I text an issue or reach out, someone always gets back to pretty quickly. I’ve been really happy with this company!

GBI love Valhalla Vitality I used another telemedicine company when I initially started my journey with GLP1s and it was a horrible experience. I found VV and have been using them since September 2023, it's been a great experience. Sometimes texting customer service I have to repeat the question to get the right answer back but that's minimal. Shipping times are pretty fair I usually get my meds within a week. I'm down 40lbs with 20 more to go. This medication has changed my life and I'm so grateful.
